My professional journey has taken me through law, technology, contracts, and nonprofit leadership. Across these experiences, I've found myself drawn to a particular kind of problem: the one that sits somewhere between what an organization needs to do and figuring out how to actually get it done.

As an attorney and legal operations professional, I've worked on complex contracts, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and projects that require both attention to detail and an eye for the bigger picture. In the nonprofit sector, I've supported leadership teams and boards, strengthened governance frameworks, developed policies, and helped build the processes and systems that allow organizations to operate more effectively.

What I've learned is that good intentions aren't always enough. Even the most dedicated teams can struggle when the infrastructure behind their work hasn't kept pace with their mission.

Sometimes what an organization needs isn't another meeting or another strategy document. It needs someone to sit down, sort through the details, make sense of the moving pieces, and build a system that works.
